Material Estimate calculations are based on the following assumptions:

A 10' X 100' TPO sheet is used
10" wide Pressure Sensitive RUSS is used instead of a perimeter sheet
Metal cap flashing is used on parapet walls instead of Termination Bar
Termination Bar is not used to terminate membrane on curbs
Metal drip edge is used instead of TPO coated metal on perimeter edges without a parapet wall.
All pipe penetration and sealant pocket details will utilize prefabricated accessories

If Termination Bar is used on curbs or parapet walls, also add 1 tube of Water Cut Off Mastic and 1 tube of PT 304 for every 10 feet of Termination Bar.
